My favorite sessions are high school seniors! But I also love connecting with families and making my headshot clients look fabulous for their businesses. I love my couple’s sessions and shooting individuals too!

I photograph lifestyle sessions with the parents and their newborn, but not the traditional newborn posed photos. I used to love that style, but have since found that capturing parents interacting with their new baby is what I really enjoy. I also love photographing maternity and announcements. Just get in front of my camera already!

Absolutely true! Guys, I am so excited to say that I will be opening a few dates to photograph you or your family in the beautiful Traverse City! I will be traveling there quite often throughout spring and summer for work and play. If you are interested in booking in that beautiful city or on the beach, be sure to contact me soon because I know that these limited sessions will be gone FAST!

All sessions are scheduled on a weekday. Weekend sessions may become available on a last minute notice, but are not scheduled due to our traveling schedule.

-Most of the senior sessions are scheduled late afternoon, so the sun has time to settle in. Depending on what we are shooting for, we may start at the ‘Golden Hour’ an hour or so before sunset. If that’s not the light we are seeking, then we will start around 4pm.

-Headshot sessions are photographed weekdays during daylight hours.

-For all other sessions including families, couples, etc. we will discuss the style you are seeking and choose the time that works best.

Mother Nature doesn’t always cooperate with us and that’s a bummer. I watch the weather closely and if I feel like it will interfere with the quality of your session, then I will of course advise to reschedule.

Now! Here’s the reason: I am literally only booking a handful of sessions per month, due to my traveling schedule. So if you want in, contact me!

I remember when clients would just push through their session when feeling a bit under the weather, but not today. With this Covid-19 still lingering around, we have to take it seriously. So, if you are feeling sick, have a fever or anything suspicious 48 hours or less before your scheduled session, please notify me and we will try to find another date to shoot. If you planned on bringing someone along, family members or anyone else, make sure they are not sick either. I promise to do the same for you. I will also be wearing a mask for the session, to be safe.

Yes I do! Just contact me for a quote and I’d be glad to give you one. I usually stick around the local Howell and Brighton area, but will go out to nearby cities. Just ask.

Oh guys, I’ve photographed a few weddings in my career, and they were lovely. The last wedding I shot was a destination wedding in the BAHAMAS and it was a blast!! I’m even second shooting a wedding in August. So I won’t say “No, Never!” But today I’ll say, “not right now”. I just LOVE traveling on weekends with my family way too much.

YES I do.  Please check out my digital packages on my pricing sheet (once you book). I realize that in this day and age most of you prefer digitals, BUT I highly recommend ordering prints or an album so you can display them anywhere other than just your phone and social media!!

Typically a gallery will be ready to be viewed approximately 2 to 3 weeks after the session. We will set up an in-person ordering appointment and you and whomever will be ordering should be at this appointment, where your order will be placed and paid for. I understand that with the pandemic currently lingering in our world, adjustments may need to be made. We may have to do a FaceTime ordering appointment which would work fine too.
